Grouped by forms, with number of copies by Rental Status (Available, Assigned, Issued, Out to Repair, Destroyed…)

Stock Listing by Booklists

Total number of copies and total replacement costs of rental book titles; grouped by booklists/assigned educational levels

Books & Reference Numbers

ALL inventory copies (grouped by title and sorted by reference numbers)

Books by Condition

Grouped by subject with numbers of copies by Condition (New, Good, Fair, Poor, Repair)

Students’ Outstanding Books

List of students and their unreturned/unpaid for books with costs; grouped by class

This screen offers a way to manage lists of books needing repair especially books given to an external repair person.
